We’ve witnessed the transformative journeys of so many Black women in our community, who soared from an junior to a tech lead, infusing her team with diverse perspectives and innovation. These stories aren’t just our pride; they’re proof of the power of community and support.

We See A Diverse Future 

Our vision is for the STEM industry to become equally diverse and represent today's population. We would like to see more successful women pursue STEM careers and take up more STEM subjects in schools. Our mission is to increase the number of female and bame stem professions who succeed professionally and support young people to explore a career in stem. Narrow the gender gap in the STEM field and Break stigma associated with STEM by supporting young people to explore a career in stem by delivery outreach inside and outside of school to children to raise awareness.
